Decreasing the Dependency on Import

He was born in 1962 and he completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Bursa. In 1983 he graduated from Gazi University , Technical Education Faculty, Mechanical Education Department. He got his MSc degree at Gazi University, Institute of Sciences and Technology In 1988 and his PhD degree in 1995 at the same institute. He received the title Assistant Prof. Dr. in 1996, Assoc. Prof Dr. in 1997 and Prof. Dr. in 2003. Ulvi Şeker who is still the head of Department of Manufacturing Engineering at Technical Education Faculty of Gazi University has many national and international works on Manufacturing and Machining area.

He graduated from Gazi University, Technical Education Faculty in 1983. He got his MSc degree at Gazi University, Institute of Sciences and Technology In 1992 and his Ph. D degree in 1995 at the same institute. He received the title Assistant Prof. Dr. in 1996, Assoc. Prof Dr. in 1998 and Prof. Dr. in 2008. In 2008-2011 years he was a member of Development of Vocational and Technical Education Commission of HEC and the Interuniversity Council. Until 2011 he was the Vice Rector of Muş Alparslan University and Kırıkkale University. Ersan Aslan who is still Undersecretary of Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology has national and international works on Machine Design, Quality Control, Programming of CNC Machine Tools, Post Processor Design and Computer Aided Design.
