Contributors are invited to submit full manuscripts with the complete address of the communicating author, phone number, fax number and e-mail address. The submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by the international program committee. Upon acceptance, further information will be mailed to the communicating authors for revisions and preparation of the final manuscript, and registration to the conference.

The presenting authors are urged to complete their registration to the Conference before May 2nd, 2014. Manuscripts of the presenting authors who have not completed their registration by that date will not be published. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceeding in CD ROM format.
